Jessie-Jamz Ozaeta is a Montreal-based intermedia artist and professional videographer whose work reflects on ego and narcissism in the digital age through 3D imagery and music. He is especially interested in the organic existence and transcendence of the human condition and psyche in cyberspace and, more importantly, in our interaction with this media, which can lead to the unveiling of our own vulnerabilities, dishonesties, hypocrisies, and the facade.
Under the moniker Lil Lonely, his ongoing audiovisual project Little Lonely™ is intended to reveal the artist's shortcomings and aspirations in the digital realm using unconventional narrative structures, pop music, dark humour and satire.

“Jessie” by Jamz Ozaeta for “Jamz” by Jessie Ozaeta in Collaboration with “Jessie-Jamz” for Mr. Ozaeta by Jessie-Jamz Ozaeta is a series of botched self-portraits, combining sculpture, painting and cyber art. Ozaeta toys with notions of suffering, death and rebirth via his own digital replica by exploring his ego within cyberspace. Through this (re)discovery, the artist unveils the absurdity of the self-obsessed recreations of his own image by attempting to mock his own narcissism and ultimately reveal a distortion of identity through this repetition.
